Upper Bed: Designed for a 100 × 195 cm mattress, elevated above a practical storage unit and surrounded by safety guard rails. Under-Bed Storage: Spacious built-in storage compartment located underneath the upper bed, with front-opening doors for easy access. Staircase: Integrated 50 cm wide staircase providing safe and comfortable access to the upper bed. Staircase Storage: The staircase structure includes practical built-in storage compartments underneath the steps. Bed Back Panel: Decorative wall cladding behind the bed featuring an integrated car track, adding an interactive play element to the room. Overall Design: A custom-made, space-saving kids’ bedroom combining two sleeping levels, an additional pull-out bed, wardrobe, storage, staircase, and interactive play features in one coordinated design. Specifications & Terms Materials: Counter wood and MDF. Hardware: Soft-close hinges and fittings. Colors: Final colors will be selected and confirmed after the carpentry stage. Transportation: Transportation is not included. Handles : Handles are included where applicable. Design Approval: All dimensions, designs, materials, colors, and details must be reviewed and approved before final production. Important Note: Once the order and design details are approved, major or structural modifications cannot be made. Execution will follow the approved drawings and specifications. Delivery Time: 20 to 30 days. Payment Terms: 50% down payment, 25% before delivery, and 25% after installation and inspection.
