Design Approval: All dimensions, designs, materials, colors, and details must be reviewed and approved before final production. Important Note: Once the order and design details are approved, major or structural modifications cannot be made. Execution will follow the approved drawings and specifications. Delivery Time: 20 to 30 days. Payment Terms: 50% down payment, 25% before delivery, and 25% after installation and inspection.
